Venison stew


I am sure you are all familiar with the phrases, “food is your medicine” and “you are what you eat”? That’s why I am happy to share this easy recipe full of healthy nutrients which is gluten free, dairy free and will boost your health and replenish your body’s nutrients. 

Venison stew 

Serving 2 people 

1 packet of wild venison meat especially for stew 500 g 

2 small red onions 

2 large carrots 

2 cups of tatsoi (green veggie from the cabbage family) 

1 cup of baby spinach 

1 large sweet potato 

Himalayan Salt  

Black pepper 

3 cloves of garlic 

Fresh turmeric  

1 tea spoon coconut oil 

Olive oil 



  1. Chopped the onions, garlic, turmeric and the tatsoi into small pieces. Pour a little bit of olive oil and a teaspoon of olive oil into a sauce pan and fry. 

  1. Once all the ingredients are little bit soft, add the venison to the pan. Add salt and pepper and cooked until the meat is well done on the surface, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. 

  1. Peel the carrots and sweet potato and add them together to the spinach and the meat in the saucepan. Cover the mixture with water and add a little bit more salt and black pepper. 

  1. Cooked for approximately 1 hour or until the meat is soft
